Being over here at 11, East Park Road in Shenoy Nagar has its own rhythm. Sankunnis Ayurvedic Foundation Pvt. Ltd. isn't a place with marble floors or anything like that. It’s more about the wooden shelves and the distinct smell of herbs that hits you as soon as you step inside. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the jars and making sure the labels haven't peeled off. People from around Shenoy Nagar stop by, often just to chat or ask about something they saw. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they’re comfortable enough. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the local shortcuts and where to get the best snacks during lunch breaks. It’s a practical kind of place. Sometimes we run out of a specific ingredient and have to wait for the next delivery, which can be a bit annoying for everyone. We just take things as they come. There’s no big secret to how we run things, we just try to be honest about what we have on the shelf. The light in the back office is a bit dim, but we manage. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us on East Park Road, trying to help folks out.
