We spend our time managing the Nidhi operations and talking to people who live in the apartments nearby. It’s a lot of manual work and checking entries in our system. Sometimes the Chennai heat gets to be a lot, but we have our fans going. We don't have a big corporate story. We are just a group of people working out of this building on South Boag Road. Most of our visitors are people who have been coming to us for years. We don't do any big promotions. People just know where we are. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We value the fact that we are reachable and right in the middle of T Nagar. It’s just a normal office in a busy city.
