S&Techs (I) Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd.

We are located on the fourth floor of the Sapphire Building, which is part of the Bashyam Navaratna Apartments in Chrompet. It is right on Thiruneermalai High Road in Chennai. S&Techs (I) Construction has been around for a while now, working on various building projects across the city. The office is a bit of a walk up to the fourth floor, but we are all used to it by now. Doing construction work in Chennai can be a bit chaotic because of the intense heat and the constant traffic, but we stay busy. We have a lot of meetings here in the office to figure out our labor schedules and talk to the different vendors. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than actually building anything, but that is how you keep things organized. We are not a huge outfit, just a group of regular people who know how to get things built. We handle the technical side of things and make sure the guys at the sites have what they need to work. Chrompet is a good area to be based in, even if the road gets really backed up during the evening rush hour. We just try to do honest work and stay on top of the projects we have. It is a lot of coordination between this office and the sites. We just take it one job at a time.
