Thalayari Street in Royapettah is one of those old-school Chennai neighborhoods. We are at No. 12/27. It is a tight street, and finding parking is always a headache, so most of us just walk or take the bus. The office is not anything to brag about, just a place where we get the work done. We deal with agro tech, trying to mix new ideas with old ways of farming. It is a lot of trial and error. We are not some big tech giant; we are just a small team in a crowded part of the city. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy for that. We have people coming in from the outskirts to talk business. We offer them coffee from the place around the corner. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not use big words or complicated plans. We just look at what the farmers need and see if we can build something to help. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds down. It is a bit of a maze in this part of town, but once you find us, it is just a normal office with people working hard. We like it here because it feels real. No pretense, just our team trying to make a small difference in the way things are grown and sold. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we make do.
