You can find us at No. 6B on Dhanasekaran Cross Street in West Mambalam. It’s a typical residential-turned-commercial kind of street. Salang Consultants Private Limited operates out of a small space here. West Mambalam is always bustling, especially near the markets, but our little cross street is tucked away just enough to be manageable. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and the rest of the space is taken up by our workstations. It’s nothing like those glass buildings you see in the city center. We have a regular ceiling fan and a water cooler that hums in the corner. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and talking to people who need our help. We’ve been here for a bit, so we know the local routine. The morning coffee is a must for the whole team. We don’t really have a hierarchy or a "corporate culture." We are just colleagues who have worked together for a long time. Some of the files go back years. It’s a very hands-on environment. If the rain is heavy, the street gets a bit flooded, but we still make it in. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical place for practical people. That is just how we like to run things here.
