Sakrad Strategic Ventures Llp is over at 12/52, Aspiran Garden, 1st Street in Kilpauk. Kilpauk is one of those areas in Chennai that has its own specific feel. Our street is tucked away a bit, so it is actually quite quiet compared to the main roads. The office is located in a residential kind of neighborhood, which we prefer. It is a small space where we sit and work on strategic planning and other business things. We don't have a big sign outside or any flashing lights. It is just a quiet corner where we can think and talk to our partners without too much distraction. Most of the time it is just the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing. We usually have some biscuits and tea around four o'clock. 1st Street can be a bit tight for parking if a lot of people show up at once. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of tables and a shelf full of old notebooks. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We just like to keep things simple and local. Getting to the office is easy enough if you know the Kilpauk area well. It is a good, steady place to work from. We’ve been here for a while and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits the way we like to do things.
