Sai Shan Exports

You’ll find us at No. 35/16 on Velaguthpandian Street in the Old Washermenpet area. We go by Sai Shan Exports. This part of town is quite old and has a lot of character, but it can be a bit cramped. Our office is tucked into one of these streets, and it’s a pretty busy place most of the time. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a front room where we take care of the business and a back area where we keep some of the samples and logs. We spend our days dealing with the export trade, which mostly involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls to make sure everything is on track. It's a lot of checking and double-checking numbers. The staff here are all from the neighborhood, so there’s a lot of local talk going on while we work. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or have big meetings. If something needs doing, we just talk it over and get it done. Old Washermenpet is a lively place to be, even if the streets are a bit narrow for the big trucks. We’ve learned to work around the challenges of the location. It’s an unpretentious setup, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the shipments out on time every week. It is just basic work, but it fills our days and keeps the wheels turning.
