We are located over on 4th Street in Annanagar West Extension. It's a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads. We work on security systems and tech stuff like that. The office is in Sec-C, at W-441/1. It’s mostly just a place where we keep our tools and parts before we head out to job sites. We spend a lot of time driving around the city, so the office isn't always full. When we are there, we’re usually testing cameras or fixing some hardware on the bench. It’s a small operation. I started this because I liked how the tech worked and saw that people needed help setting it up. We don't have a big fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, we usually just show you the stuff we’re currently working on. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We have a few technicians who have been with us for a long time. We know the neighborhood well. People around here stop by to ask questions about their home setups. We don't mind. It’s part of being in the community. Sometimes the rain in Chennai makes things difficult, especially when we have to install things outside, but we manage. We just keep going, day by day, making sure things are working right for the people who call us. It’s plenty to keep us busy.
