People around Madhavaram Milk Colony probably know where 4th Street is. That is where we set up Rt Dynamic Balancing Company. It is not a huge place, just a regular shop floor where we deal with balancing parts. Some days it is really quiet and other days we have machines running non-stop. We have been at number 14 for a while now. You see a lot of vibration issues in mechanical parts and that is mostly what we spend our time looking at. It is meticulous work, making sure things spin right without wobbling. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just the workshop and the tools we need. Sometimes the weather in Chennai gets a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we keep at it. The street gets a bit busy when people are moving around the colony, but usually, it is just us and the noise of the equipment. We started this because we knew how to handle the technical side of balancing and it just grew from there. It is not always easy, things break or parts don't want to cooperate, but that is just how the job goes. We just focus on what is in front of us. If you are looking for the place, just head down 4th Street. It’s pretty straightforward once you get into the Madhavaram area. We stay busy with the local work mostly.
