Rsrk Estates Llp is based at New No 72 on Marshalls Road in Egmore. We are in the R.A. Building on the second floor, specifically at No. 3. The address also says it’s Old No 19, which can sometimes confuse the delivery people, but we have been here long enough that most folks know the way. Egmore is an old part of Chennai with a lot of history, and you can feel that in the building itself. The stairs are a bit steep, but once you get up to the second floor, we are right there. Our office is filled with old files and new computers, a bit of a mix of the old and the new. We work on estate matters, which means a lot of legal reading and checking through old records. Marshalls Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of the city coming through the windows. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a solid place to work from. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to keep things running smoothly. Some days the rain makes it hard to get around, but we still show up and do what needs to be done. We don't have any big slogans or flashy posters on the walls. It’s just a workspace where we handle the business of estates. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the paper, but we know where everything is.
