Rsk Co is tucked away on 9th Street in BV Nagar. Our address is No. 25, if you’re looking for the door. Nanganallur is a nice area to work in, mostly quiet streets and people going about their business. We started this thing a while back without much of a plan, just wanting to work for ourselves. The office isn't very large, just enough room for the desks and some storage in the back. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking noise that drives us crazy, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We handle things as they come across the desk. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us answering the phones and keeping the books straight. Sometimes we go out for tea at the corner shop when things get a bit slow in the afternoon. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is how we like it. We aren't trying to become some giant company. We just want to keep the lights on and do right by the folks who call us. The street gets a bit crowded during the festival times, but otherwise, it's a good place to be. We keep our files in paper folders mostly because that’s how we learned to do it. It works for us and we don't see a reason to change it now after all these years.
