R.P.P.Construction Company

Our main office is located at Sri Sairam Bhavan in the Saligrammam area of Chennai. It is on V.O.C. Street at New No. 7. Since we are a construction company, you usually won't find us sitting in the office for very long. Most of the time we are out at different sites across the city. R.P.P. Construction has been around this part of Tamil Nadu for a good while now. The office itself is usually full of maps and blueprints rolled up in every corner and on top of every shelf. It gets a bit dusty because we are always coming and going from sites with sand on our boots. We deal with all the hard stuff like bricks, cement, and managing the labor crews. It’s tough work and the Chennai sun makes it even harder during the day. We handle the actual building side of things, making sure the walls are straight and the structures are solid. We don't use any of that fancy corporate language you see in brochures. We just look at a site, get the materials delivered, and start the work. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to contractors or checking to see how much gravel we have left in the yard. The office in Gandhi Nagar is where we go to finish up the billing and handle the legal paperwork. It’s a small team of us here.
