We are Roto Polymers And Chemicals, based at 63 Reddipalayam Road. It is in the Mugappair West area. Our location is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the main road. The building is a bit of a mix between a warehouse and an office. Since we deal with polymers and various chemicals, there is always a specific scent in the air when you walk in. It is not a place for people who like to stay perfectly clean all day. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty when we have to. The back area is where we keep all the drums and sacks of materials. It takes a lot of organization to keep everything in the right place so we do not mix things up. We have a small desk near the front where we handle the invoices and talk to customers who drop by. Chennai weather is usually hot, so we have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the news or whatever is happening in the neighborhood. We are not a massive company with a board of directors; it is just us doing the work. We have been here for a while and the people on Reddipalayam Road know us well. We just keep to ourselves and make sure the orders go out when they are supposed to.
