Our office is tucked away at No. 11/25 on Kushaldoss Street in the Saligramam area. It is more of a residential street, so it doesn't feel like a big business district. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss us, but it’s pretty modest. Inside, the office is just a simple layout with a few desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to show their age. We have been running RJN Ventures from here for a while now. Most of our day is spent handling administrative tasks and keeping track of different projects. We don't have a lot of employees, just a small group that knows how to get things done. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to break the silence. The furniture is practical and mostly stuff we have collected over the years. We don't have any big corporate presentations or fancy client lunches. If we need to talk, we just sit around the main table with some tea. The power goes out sometimes in the afternoon, so we have to take a break and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to chat about things other than work. We know the people who live in the houses nearby. It’s a very low-key environment. We just show up every morning, do our bit, and go home when the sun sets. No big fuss about anything here, just regular work.
