Riya Clinic

You can find us over at No 73/49 on 2nd Street in the Kilpauk Secretariat Colony. We are right across from the Rajendra Apartment building, which is a big help when people are trying to find the door for the first time. Kilpauk is a busy part of the city, and this street has its own quiet moments and busy ones too. The clinic isn't very big, but it serves the people who live in the colony and the surrounding blocks. We spend a lot of our day sitting at the desks or talking to people about their health. It's mostly routine stuff. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we are always wiping things down. We've been in this location for a good while. The neighbors are mostly families or people who have lived in the Secretariat Colony for decades. Sometimes it feels like a small village inside the big city. We know the security guards at the apartments across the way and the people who walk their dogs in the morning. It’s a steady kind of life. We open up early and stay until the last person is seen. Sometimes that means we are here later than we expected. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the door and the address. It’s just a place where people come when they aren't feeling well. We take things as they come.
