Riota Agro India Private Limited

We’ve got an office on the 3rd floor of VR Mall on Jawaharlal Nehru Road. It’s a bit of a strange place for an agro company, being in a mall and all, but it works for us. We’re right there by the Pillayar Kovil. It’s a busy area in Chennai, and we get to see a lot of people every day. We handle the business side of agriculture from here. We aren't out in the fields ourselves, but we make sure the logistics and the sales side of things are running smoothly. It’s a small office, mostly just desks and computers and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and buyers. The mall atmosphere is quite different from a farm, but it’s convenient for meetings. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the mall gets really crowded on weekends, which makes getting to the office a bit of a chore, but it’s fine. We like being in the middle of everything. It’s a practical setup for the kind of coordinating work we do. We’ve been at this for a little while now and we’re slowly getting the hang of the corporate side of things, even if we still prefer keeping it simple. It’s just a bunch of us trying to run a decent agro business in the city. We keep track of everything on the third floor and keep things moving.
