You can find us at Desk No. 213 in the G-1 section of the building at 4/608 V O C Street. It is in Perungudi, right near the OMR stretch, though the address also mentions Mylapore and Triplicane. It is a bit of a mixed-up location, but once you are here, it is easy enough to find our desk. We work in a shared office space, so we are surrounded by other people doing all sorts of different jobs. Our particular spot is just a single desk where we keep our laptops and a few notebooks. It isn't a private office with a door you can close, which means there is always a lot of chatter and movement around us. We have grown used to the noise of the coffee machine and the printer in the hallway. We handle business consulting, which for us means a lot of research and writing notes. We don't have a big sign with our name on it; we just use the number assigned to our desk. The traffic on OMR can be a nightmare in the mornings, so we often arrive a bit tired from the commute. Once we sit down, we just get into the rhythm of the work. There are no fancy meetings in boardrooms here. We just talk over the desk or go to the small common area if we need to discuss something. It’s a very modern way of working but in a very basic, no-frills way. We just do our tasks.
