You can find our office at B2S2, Paris Apartment, in Maduvankarai, which is right in the Guindy area of Chennai. If you’ve ever been to Guindy, you know it’s a major hub and can get incredibly crowded, especially near the station and the industrial estates. Our office is actually inside an apartment complex, so it has a bit of a homey, lived-in feel to it. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. We deal with all the Reliance Communications tasks for this part of Chennai, which usually involves a lot of coordinating with technicians and monitoring the lines. The humidity in Chennai can be pretty brutal, so we spend a lot of time grateful for the air conditioning in the office. The space is a bit tight with all the equipment and paperwork we have to keep track of, but we make it work. Most of us take the bus or the local train to get here, so we are well-acquainted with the daily commute. We don’t really go in for any big corporate stuff; we are just a local team doing our jobs. Often, the sounds of the city drift in through the windows, reminding us of how busy the Maduvankarai area is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical side of things, making sure everyone stays connected without too much fuss. It is a noisy but steady place to work.
