Rays Energy Solutions is tucked away at 69/7 Lakshmi Apts. in Anna Nagar West Extn. Being in an apartment complex makes it a bit different from a storefront on a main road. It is a bit quieter here, which is nice when we are trying to look over technical plans or talk to customers about their energy bills. We focus on solar and other energy bits. The office has a few desks and a lot of folders piled up. We spend a lot of time out on sites, so sometimes the office is empty except for one person handling the calls. Anna Nagar is a busy area, but this particular extension feels a bit more like a residential neighborhood. We started this because we knew a thing or two about how to save on power. We don’t have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just see our address listed somewhere. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment arriving at once. We have to move things around to make space. The lighting inside isn't the best, but it works for what we need. We usually close up early on Saturdays to get some rest. It's a small operation, just a few of us trying to make a living and help people out with their electricity.
