Raptor Innovative Secure Solution

Our office for Raptor Innovative Secure Solution is on the 3rd floor of the Kalyan Trade Center. That is located on Wallers Road, at number 24. If you’ve been to this part of the city, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of technical and electronic businesses. Being in a trade center means there’s always something going on in the hallways. Our space is tucked away and filled with various security-related bits and pieces. It’s not a showroom, just a place where we work and store what we need. We have a few technicians who are usually out on calls, while one or two of us stay back to handle the phone and the walk-ins. The building is older, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big sign. Most people find us because they specifically need what we offer. We talk to our customers in plain English and don’t try to oversell things they don’t need. It’s a practical business. Sometimes the stairs are faster than waiting for the lift when the building is busy. We’ve got a small kettle for making coffee and a few old chairs for guests. We’re just a local crew trying to make a living and providing a service that people in the area seem to appreciate. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the task at hand. That's pretty much all there is to our daily routine here.
