Ramesh Clinic

Ramesh Clinic is located at Number 24/2 on Pushparaya Chetty 2nd Street. We are in the Nammalwar Pet area of Ayanavaram, not too far from the Government TB Hospital. It’s a busy little neighborhood with lots of narrow streets and houses close together. Our clinic is just a small storefront, really. We’ve been here for years, serving the people who live in these blocks. It’s easy to find us if you are walking through the 2nd street. The waiting area is just a few chairs and a small table with some old newspapers. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day. It gets warm, but that’s just how it is in Ayanavaram. The doctor sees patients for all sorts of regular problems, from skin rashes to fever. Because we are near the big hospital, sometimes people come to us first for smaller things to avoid the long lines there. We know most of the people who walk through our door. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even if it’s a bit cramped when it rains and everyone crowds inside. We don't use fancy billing software; we just write things down in the ledger. It’s a very local operation. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place for the community to get basic medical attention when they need it. It’s honest, simple work that keeps us busy every day.
