Ramdev Enterprises

If you walk down Ponappa Chetty Street, you’ll find us at number 10. Ramdev Enterprises is tucked in there among all the other shops and businesses. It’s a narrow street, so it gets pretty crowded with carts and people moving about. We’ve been at this address for quite some time. The building itself is old, with that specific smell of paper and stone that you get in these parts of the city. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk. We spend a lot of our time just handling the orders and making sure the inventory is where it should be. It gets hot in the summers, so the ceiling fans are always humming. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops by. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it’s where we do our work. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, just trying to get through the day's tasks. Sometimes we share a meal together if things are quiet. The street outside is always noisy, but once you’re inside, it feels a bit more settled. We don't really change things around much. The desks have been in the same spot for years. It’s just a steady place to work and we like it that way. We don't bother with much fancy talk, we just get the orders out as they come.
