Smart Exhaust Kitchen Equipments

Our workshop is located at Michael Garden in Ramapuram, right on Thiruvalluvar Salai. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but you can usually hear the sound of metal being cut or welded. We spend our time putting together exhaust systems for kitchens. It’s dirty work, honestly. There is always a bit of grease or metal shavings around, and the air smells like scorched steel. We make the hoods and the ducting that helps keep kitchens from getting too smoky and hot. Most of the time, we are measuring out sheets of stainless steel or trying to figure out the best way to fit a pipe through a tight corner. We don't have a sales team or a fancy website. It is just a few of us who know how to work the machines. When a restaurant owner comes in, we just talk about what size they need and how much suction is required. It’s all very technical but in a hands-on way. We’ve had to fix a lot of mistakes made by others, so we try to be thorough with our own welds. It gets pretty loud in here when all the grinders are going at once, but we just get on with it. It’s a good trade to have, especially with all the new eateries opening up around the city lately.
