Our place is tucked away on Valluvar Salai in Ramapuram. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a maze finding the right door, especially with the Tanaji Gali address being part of it too. We’ve got this office and storage area that always smells a bit like a lab, though not in a bad way. It’s just the nature of the biological stuff we handle here. Most days are spent checking labels and making sure the temperature in the storage area is exactly where it needs to be. It can be stressful when a big shipment arrives and we have to move fast before the sun gets too high. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls; it’s more of a functional space where we drink a lot of tea and look at spreadsheets. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know who takes their break when and who is best at handling the finicky paperwork. Ramapuram has changed a lot over the years, getting busier and more crowded, but we’ve stayed right here. Sometimes the rain makes the street a mess, but we just put down some boards and keep moving. It’s a quiet kind of business, mostly just us doing our thing and making sure the products get to the clinics or shops that need them. We try to keep things simple and honest, just working through the daily orders until it is time to go.
