You can find us over on 23rd Cross Street in Thruvanmiyur. It’s a busy little corner of Chennai, especially with all the people moving around Thruvalluvar Nagar these days. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Buildings going up, old houses being torn down, that’s just the way it is in real estate. Our office at E-530 is usually a hub of activity with people coming in to ask about plots or apartments. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local office where we keep the maps and the property papers. We spend a lot of time out on the field, actually looking at the sites, so sometimes the office is just a couple of staff members and a ringing phone. Chennai is hot, and we do a lot of walking around, so we’re usually a bit tired by the end of the day. We don't use big sales pitches here. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. The neighborhood knows us well, and we know the streets here like the back of our hands. If someone is looking for a place near the coast or further inland, we usually have a good idea of what’s what. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days. The dog from the house next door often sits by our front step, which is just part of the daily routine for us.
