We are over on General Patters Road, right on the first floor of building 124. It’s a busy spot here in Parrys, and we've been running Ram Tours And Travel from this office for a while now. People usually just walk up the stairs when they need help figuring out a trip or a bus booking. It’s not a fancy place, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk through the routes. Most days it’s just us handling the phone calls and writing down details for travelers who want to go somewhere out of Chennai. We know the roads around here and how the traffic gets on GP Road, so we try to keep things moving. It gets a bit loud outside with all the honking, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. Sometimes someone comes in looking for a specific tour and we see what’s available on the schedule. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It's a straightforward setup. We keep the registers updated and try to answer the questions people have about distances and timings. Being in the heart of Parrys means there's always something happening right outside our door. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the way people travel stays pretty much the same. Just coming in, checking the price, and getting a ticket.
