Rahmania Leathers

You can find us at 48/2 Wutchukattan Street. Periamet is a place where leather is everywhere, and we are right in the middle of it. Our shop isn’t very big, but we make use of every inch of space. There are stacks of leather everywhere you look. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. The street outside is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a struggle when a van needs to unload right at our door. We’ve had a few arguments with drivers over the years about blocking the way. That’s just life in this part of town. Rahmania Leathers is run by people who have spent most of their lives around this trade. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the material, check the quality, and handle the sales. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time. We’re usually too busy talking to customers or checking the ledgers. On rainy days, the water drips a bit near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. It’s a local business through and through. We know the other shop owners on the street and sometimes share a meal. It's just how things work here on Wutchukattan Street.
