Radiantfirst Treebanc Hindusthan Nidhi Limited is located inside the Vatika Business Centre on the third floor of the Prestige Polygon building. That’s at 471 Anna Salai in Teynampet. Even though the building is a big one on a busy road, our actual office space is pretty grounded. We deal with nidhi company matters, helping people with their small deposits and loans. Being on Anna Salai means it’s easy for people to reach us, but the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We spend our days mostly answering phones and helping people who walk in from the elevators. It's a professional environment but we try not to be too stiff about things. We have a few desks and a place for people to sit. Most of our work is just keeping track of interest rates and making sure the paperwork for the government is done right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the folks who put their money with us. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when too many people show up for meetings at once. We just grab an extra chair and make it work. It's steady, practical work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a solid place to get your financial stuff sorted out in the middle of Teynampet. It is what it is, just a bunch of us working through the files and talking to people.
