We are located at 67, which is also referred to as 42 Avenue, in the Ashok Nagar area. It’s a pretty nice part of the city to be in. The street is usually lined with trees, and it feels a bit more relaxed than the big main roads nearby. Our office is basically just a room with a few computers and a lot of paper maps pinned to the walls. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys don’t even need to look at the address on our packages anymore. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses or pieces of land. We listen to what they need and then look through our old notebooks to see what matches. It is a lot of back and forth, but we don't mind the talk. The building we are in is older, so it has some character, like the creaky door that we keep meaning to fix but never quite get around to doing. Ashok Nagar has a specific kind of vibe, and we feel like we fit right in with the rest of the shops. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who walk through our door. Sometimes we have clients who have been coming to us for years, and now their kids are coming to us too. It makes you realize how much time has passed and how the neighborhood has stayed the same in some ways.
