Raaj Deep Architects

Our office is located at No 73/128 Varadammal Garden, which is on 3rd Street off Beracah Road in the Kellys area. We are right near Abinaya Gym, so there is always a bit of energy around the street. Raaj Deep Architects is a small place in Kilpauk where we handle all kinds of building designs. It is not a very formal environment here. Most days, the air conditioner is humming and we are arguing over where a window should go or how to fix a slanted wall. The desk is usually covered in yellow sticky notes and old pens. We have been in Kilpauk for quite a while now and we like the neighborhood. It is a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you see the gym, you are basically there. We do not spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we would rather spend that time on the drawings. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the hours get a bit long when a deadline is coming up. We talk to a lot of contractors and engineers every day to make sure things are moving along as they should. It is a hands-on kind of job. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a blueprint. People come to us because they want someone local who understands how things actually get built in this part of town. We just do our best to get the job done right.
