Raad Studios

We are located on Perambur Barracks Road in Vepery. The address says Old No 111 and New No 130, which can be a bit tricky if you are using a map, but we are quite close to GKM Hospital. Vepery is an interesting place to work because it has so much history and the buildings around us are a real mix of styles. Our studio is where we handle all our design work. It’s a workspace through and through, with scraps of materials and half-finished drawings everywhere. We aren't the type of people to sit in suits and give presentations. We’d rather be out on a site with a tape measure or here at the desk fixing a mistake in a CAD file. We focus on the practical side of things, like how the light comes into a room or where the plugs should be. It sounds boring to some, but it’s what we do every day. The road outside is always loud with horns and people, but once we are focused on a project, we don't notice it much. We take on all sorts of projects, big and small, and treat them all with the same level of attention. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work. It’s a steady pace here, and we like the community in this part of Chennai. There is always something to draw or someone to meet about a site visit.
