R Four Jobs

R Four Jobs is located at 29-A/53 on Lake View Road in West Mambalam. It’s a busy little neighborhood in Chennai, and our office is right there among the houses and shops. We spend our time helping people find work, which is a lot more complicated than it sounds. Most days, the office is full of people dropping off their resumes or sitting for a quick chat about what kind of job they want. We have stacks of papers on the desks and the phone is usually ringing with someone asking for an update. We aren't a giant recruitment firm with fancy software; we just talk to people and try to see where they might fit. It can be a bit stressful when we can’t find a spot for someone, but that’s the nature of the business. We like being in Mambalam because it’s easy for people to reach us by train or bus. The tea shop at the corner is where we usually end up when we need a break from the screen. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just about connecting a person who needs a job with a place that needs a worker. It’s a simple idea, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving for everyone who walks in. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do here.
