I am sitting here in Flat B of the Hygrevar Citadel thinking about how we started this whole thing. We are over on Ranjith Road in Kotturpuram, which is a pretty decent spot once you get used to the Maruthai Avenue traffic. Progressive Consultancy And Advisory Services Llp isn't some giant corporate machine. It is just a few of us in B Block working through advisory stuff and trying to keep things organized. The building has that specific look you see around here, and our office isn't fancy, just functional. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking to people who drop by. Sometimes the fans make a little noise, but we get the work done. Living and working around Kotturpuram means you see the same faces every day. We picked this location because it was reachable for the team. It is a bit tucked away, which is nice when you need to focus on a difficult advisory project. People sometimes struggle to find the right entrance at first, but once they are in, it is just a normal workplace. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. Just desks, some files, and enough coffee to keep us moving. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We have been here a while now, and the walls have some scuffs, but that is just how it goes when you are actually busy doing things every day.
