Prodapt Properties Llp is based over in Egmore, on Ruckmani Lakshmipathy Salai. The address can be a bit confusing since it has a new number and an old one. It’s New No. 72/37 and Old No. 18A/5. We’ve been in this part of Chennai for quite a bit. The area is full of old buildings and new offices, and we sit right in the middle of it. We are an LLP, so it’s a small, focused team. We don't have layers of management or anything like that. When you talk to us, you’re talking to the people making the decisions. Our office is a practical space where we spend our hours looking through property details and meeting with owners. Egmore is a central spot, which makes it easy for us to get around the city. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’d rather just get the work done and go home to our families. The 600008 area has its own rhythm, and we’ve adapted to it. Most of our business comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. We don't make big promises we can't keep.
