PROCAPITUS BUSINESS AND TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based on Shanmugarayan Street in the Seven Wells part of Chennai. Our address can be a little bit confusing for people because it is listed as Old No 98 but also New No 80, so we always have to remind folks to look for both numbers on the door. It is a very old part of the city with narrow lanes and plenty of local history. The building we occupy is also quite old, with those thick walls and high ceilings that really help keep things a bit cooler during the summer heat. We don't have a modern office with glass walls or partitions. Our desks are just set up in one large open room where we can all see and hear what everyone else is doing throughout the day. It gets quite loud outside with the various street vendors and the constant flow of traffic, but we have all gotten used to it by now. We spend most of our time tracking different business items and making sure our records stay up to date. There is always a lot of activity happening in Seven Wells, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a flashy website or a corporate logo, and our office space reflects that same practical approach. We have some old wooden cupboards for our files and a few extra chairs for when people stop by to talk business. We take our lunch breaks together most days.
