Private Construction

Our office is at number 138, inside the Annai Mahal building. You can find us right on G.N.T. Road in the Karanodai area of Chennai. It is easy to see us from the main road if you are driving through. Private Construction is the name on the door. We have been here for some time now. The office is just a regular room where we keep our tools and paperwork. It gets quite busy with the traffic outside on G.N.T. Road, but we are used to the noise. Most of the team is usually out at sites, so the office is mostly for sorting out plans. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you with coffee. It is just a place where we get things organized. Living and working around Chennai 600067 means we know the local spots well. Sometimes we have lunch at the small stalls nearby. The building, Annai Mahal, is a landmark people recognize. We keep our gear in the back. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. No one wears suits here. We are usually in dusty clothes or boots because that is the job. We try to keep things moving. If a client stops by, they usually just pull up a chair. It’s very informal. We just want to finish what we started and go home. That’s how it goes every day. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything. We just talk to people face to face.
