You can find us at Kelleys Court, right on Purasawalkam High Road. We’re on the second floor in Flat No.42. Being at 150 Purasawalkam High Road means we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and we’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change quite a bit. We work as property consultants, which basically means we spend our time helping people navigate the tricky world of real estate. Whether it’s finding a flat or figuring out the legal side of things, we’re usually buried in some kind of paperwork. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we can get work done and talk to clients away from the noise of the main road. We know the 600010 area inside and out. We aren't interested in using corporate jargon or making things sound more complicated than they are. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the market is tough, and sometimes it's easy, but we’re here either way. We handle a lot of different requests, and every day brings something new.
