Prems Eye Clinic

Bazaar Road in Saidapet is a very busy place to be. We are located at 120-A, right in the middle of all the market activity. It is a narrow street and there are people everywhere, which makes it an interesting place to work. Our eye clinic is small, and we focus on checking people's vision and getting them sorted with glasses. We have racks of frames along the walls and the testing equipment in the back. It is not a quiet, sterile environment like those big city hospitals. You can hear the vegetable sellers and the bikes outside all day long. We have been here for years, and the shop is a bit worn in places. The floor tiles are a bit old and the chairs in the waiting area are simple plastic ones. We do not have a marketing budget or anything like that. Most people just walk in while they are doing their shopping in the bazaar. We spend our time cleaning lenses and making sure the prescriptions are right. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are in the shop at once, but we make it work. We are just a local Saidapet business, doing one thing and trying to stay out of the midday sun. It is a busy life on Bazaar Road but we like being right in the thick of things.
