PRAMANAM ADVISORY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small office is located at No. 17/6 on Brahmin Street in the Velachery area of Chennai. Velachery is a pretty well-known neighborhood, and we like being based here because almost everything we need is within walking distance. The street itself is an interesting mix of older houses and small family businesses, so it feels very grounded and local. We aren't located in one of those big high-rise buildings that has a security guard and a lobby. It is more of a simple walk-up situation where you just come up the stairs and find us at our desks. There are usually about five of us here on any given day. We spend a good amount of our time talking on the phone or typing away on our laptops. The office space is a bit cramped, especially when we have someone stop by for a visit, but we make it work by staying as organized as we can. We don't have any corporate slogans or mission statements hanging on the walls. Instead, we just have a couple of calendars and some random notes pinned up near the phones. Sometimes the heavy rains in Velachery make things a bit difficult with the water on the streets, but we usually manage to stay dry inside. We get our tea from a local guy who comes by on his cycle in the morning, and that is usually the highlight of our early hours. It is a simple operation where we just do our work.
