Pradeep Corporation

We run Pradeep Corporation out of Sterling Road in Nungambakkam. The address is a bit confusing because it's New No 94 but used to be Old No 105/1, so we have to tell people that sometimes. It’s a well-traveled road, so there’s always cars and people passing by. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and handle the daily business stuff. We’ve been in this area for a long time and know the neighborhood pretty well. Nungambakkam is a good place to be based. It feels central. We don’t use any of those fancy business terms or try to sound like we’re bigger than we are. We’re just a local company doing our thing. The staff here is small and we’ve all worked together for years, so we have a good rhythm going. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just focus on showing up on time and doing what we said we would do. The building has its quirks, like the elevator being a bit slow sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We’re usually here from morning until the evening, just keeping the gears turning and making sure everything stays on track. It is a simple life and a simple business for us.
