Our place is called Positive and we are located in the Treasure Island Complex on Pantheon Road. You can find us on the first floor at shop number 18/94. We are right across from the Government Museum in Egmore, which is a very famous spot in Chennai. The area is always packed with people and traffic. Our shop is quite simple. We don't have any flashy displays or expensive lighting. We just have our items on the shelves for people to see. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The team here is very small. We don’t have different departments; everyone just does whatever needs to be done, like sweeping the floor or helping a customer. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We don’t use any complicated business strategies. We just open up in the morning and wait for people to drop by. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans going. We like being in Egmore because there is always something happening. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or people who happened to be visiting the museum. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just rely on people finding us and liking what we have. It’s a very straightforward and honest way to work. We just take things one day at a time here in the complex and keep going until we close up.
