POSITIVE FORCE FACILITY MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is tucked away in Ekattuthangal, right on the first main road of Kalaimagal Nagar. It’s a busy area with a lot of small shops and workshops around. We are Positive Force Facility Management and we basically take care of the stuff that other people don’t want to worry about. You know, making sure buildings are running right and things are clean and fixed up. It’s a lot of coordination. I spend half my time on the phone and the other half looking at schedules. The office at 41/1 is where we keep all our supplies and where the staff checks in before heading out to different sites across Chennai. It’s a practical space. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or anything like that, just calendars and maps of the city. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full speed. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when everyone comes back at the same time, but we manage to get things sorted. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a good spot because we can get to the main roads pretty quickly. It’s just us, working hard to keep things organized for the people who hire us. Nothing more to it than that, really. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep the paperwork from piling up too high.
