V. P. J. Export

Our place is over here at No. 5/42 on 5th Cross Street, right in the Lakshmi Nagar Extension part of Porur. If you know the area, it's tucked away a bit from the main chaos of the traffic. We spend most of our daylight hours inside this building, just going through lists and making sure the export side of things moves along. It's nothing fancy to look at, just a regular office with desks and a few old fans that keep the air moving when it gets really humid outside. The street gets a little busy in the mornings when everyone is heading out, but by mid-afternoon, it’s mostly just us and the local dogs sleeping in the shade. We’ve been working out of Porur for a good while now, and we’ve seen the buildings go up all around us. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. Most of the work involves a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping dates. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out. It's a simple operation, really. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to stay organized. We focus on getting the crates moved and the paperwork sorted so we can head home on time. It is a lot of routine, but that’s just how this business goes.
