POPULOS AND OPIBUS CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Populos and Opibus Consulting Private Limited is tucked away in Vadapalani. We are specifically at Plot No.22, in Flat RF-6 on the first floor of AbhiAniTerrace. It’s located on Gangaiamman Koil 4th Street, which is a bit quieter than the main roads but still quite central. We moved in here because we needed a decent space to handle our consulting work without too much fuss. The building, AbhiAniTerrace, is easy enough to find once you get onto the 4th street. We’ve got a few desks and some files everywhere, the usual stuff for a consulting firm. Being on the first floor is nice, it keeps us a little away from the street noise. Chennai is always growing, and being in Vadapalani means we are close to everything. We spend most of our time at our desks, working through projects and talking to clients. It’s a plain, functional office. We aren't big on decorations or fancy furniture. We just wanted a place where we could sit down and get the work done properly. Sometimes the street gets a little narrow with parked cars, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We’ve settled in well here. It’s a modest setup that suits us just fine for the kind of work we do every day. It’s nice to have a dedicated spot where we can keep our files in order. We usually have the kettle going and try to keep a calm environment despite the heat outside.
