Pool Tycoon

Pool Tycoon is tucked away on the first floor of the E. S. P. E. E. Complex. We are at No. 52/7 on Brindavan Street in West Mambalam. This part of Chennai is always full of life. You can hear the sounds of the street from our window. We work with swimming pools—equipment, maintenance, and things like that. It’s funny because we are in a busy urban area, not near the beach. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The office is usually cluttered with catalogs and some pump parts. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for us. We spend a lot of time out at sites, so the office is just our home base. Our staff is small. We know our customers by name usually. West Mambalam has those narrow streets, so getting here can be a bit of a squeeze, but people manage. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. If you want to see something, we usually just show you the real thing at a job site or a sample we have in the back. We try to keep things simple. No complicated contracts or corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do for their pools. Sometimes we get a bit behind when the weather is bad, but we always catch up. It’s just how it is when you’re a local business. We keep at it every day from our little spot in the complex.
