Seaway Exim

Our place, Seaway Exim, is at No. 12 Nethaji First Street. We are situated in Ponniammanmedu. It’s a decent enough area for the kind of work we do. The street can get a bit crowded with parked bikes sometimes, but we manage to get things through. We spend most of our time here managing the flow of goods. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people all day long. One day we are looking at shipping schedules and the next we are verifying orders and checking boxes. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big signs. We just do the work. The building itself is quite plain, nothing special to look at, but it works fine for us. We’ve got enough space for the essentials. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the local traffic and people talking, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We’ve been handling exports and imports for a while now. It’s a steady kind of job. We like the routine of it. We open up in the morning, check the mail, and start working through the daily pile. Every shipment is a bit different, which keeps it from getting too boring for us. We don’t really have a big marketing department. Most of our clients just know us from around or through someone else. It feels more personal that way. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is in order before it leaves. It takes some patience.
