Plaza Realties

Our place is at 18, Bharadhidhasan Street, specifically in the Kuan Colony Second Street area of Saidapet. It is a bit tucked away in Chennai-600 015. Plaza Realties is where we handle the local property stuff. It isn't a big glass building or anything; it’s just a ground-floor office in a residential-looking street. Saidapet has a very traditional feel to it, and we like that. We spend our time looking at maps, checking land records, and meeting with folks who have questions about their houses or plots. The office has a ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise on its highest setting, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a few plastic chairs for when people come by to talk. There is a lot of walking involved, going to check on different sites or visiting the local government offices for filings. It’s a lot of walking in the Chennai heat, so we are usually pretty tired by five o’clock. The street outside is usually quiet, except when the school nearby lets out and all the kids are running home. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the small sign on Bharadhidhasan Street. It is just us doing the paperwork and helping people with their real estate needs in the neighborhood.
