We are based at Vantage Marina, right on Plot 4 along Arunachala Street in Chepauk. It’s a well-known part of Chennai, not too far from the cricket stadium and the beach, so we get a bit of that sea breeze when the weather is right. Our office is at number 16, and it’s a pretty functional space where we handle all our partner work. Being in the 600005 area means we are right in the middle of a very historic part of the city. The building itself is a bit older but it serves its purpose well enough for us. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or big neon signs. It’s mostly just us working at our desks with a lot of papers and drawings spread out everywhere. People in the neighborhood know us as just another local business on Arunachala Street. We've been here for many years now, and we've seen the streets around Chepauk get more and more crowded with every passing year. It's a lively place to be, even if the humidity in Chennai can be a bit much during the summer months. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide what people need as partners and try to keep our projects moving along. If you find yourself near the marina, we are just a short walk away. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment here, and that’s exactly how we like it. We hope to stay here for a long time.
