You can find us at No.4/1 on the second floor of South Tank Square Street in Triplicane. Chennai is a hot city, so being on the second floor helps a bit with the breeze if we open the windows. Pioneer Wincon Private Limited is our name, and we’ve been based in this street for quite a while. Triplicane is an old part of town with a lot of history and very narrow streets. It can be a bit of a squeeze to get a car through here sometimes, but we like the character of the place. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual desks, some fans humming in the background, and plenty of files. It’s a hardworking environment where we focus on the wind energy side of things. We don't have any flashy marketing materials lying around. Most of our day is spent on technical details and talking to people on the sites. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on numbers. The noise from the street below is constant, with people walking to the nearby shops and temples. We just go about our business, making sure everything is handled properly and on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to us. We stay busy from morning till evening, just doing the regular work that keeps the company going in this busy and crowded part of Chennai.
