Pinetree Houses Llp is based out of Kottivakkam. We have a bit of a funny address situation because it is New No.111 but some people still call it Old No.141. It’s right on Kuppam Salai. If you are driving down that road, you have to keep an eye out for the number change, or you might go right past us. It’s a decent area to work in, being so close to the coast and the general vibe of Kottivakkam. The office isn't anything grand, just a place where we get our work done. We chose the name Pinetree Houses Llp and it’s stuck with us. We aren't big on those polished corporate meetings. Usually, it's just us sitting around the desks, talking about what needs to happen next. Kuppam Salai is a busy stretch sometimes, but we like being right in the middle of it. The old number 141 and new number 111 thing happens a lot in this part of town, so we are used to explaining it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the business stays on track. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We show up, do the work, and go home. That is how we have always operated. It’s honest work and we like the location a lot. It suits us just fine and we plan to stay here on Kuppam Salai for the long haul.
